Midwest Leads US in Price Growth

Per an exclusive report by Homes.com in July, the Midwest is leading the US in real estate price growth ... Indianapolis was the second strongest U.S. housing market at almost 10%. It ranked among the top 10 largest metro areas for annual price growth, alongside several other Midwest cities with Cleveland topping the list. Experts credit the region’s performance to more stable post-COVID pricing and solid market fundamentals, with tighter supply keeping upward pressure on prices.
This isn't a bubble.
