That period consistently delivers the highest seller premiums, thanks to a combination of strong buyer demand and favorable market conditions.

Here’s how the months stack up in terms of average seller premiums:

• May: 13.1%

• February: 12.8%

• April: 12.5%

• June: 12.4%

• March: 12.2%

• January: 10.6%

• August: 10.3%

• December / July: 10.0%

• November / September: 9.5%

• October: 8.8%

ATTOM also pinpointed the top-performing days to sell. Leading the list is May 27, with a seller premium of 16.2%. Other strong dates include:

• February 25: 15.9%

• February 17: 15.8%

• February 15: 15.7%

• February 22: 15.5%

• May 25: 15.4%

• March 30: 15.2%

• March 25: 15.1%

• February 28 & 24: 15.0% each
