I simply cannot recommend Jeff enough to anyone considering buying or selling a home. My experience with him selling my first house has confirmed in my mind that he is absolutely the best in the business. Not only is Jeff outstandingly professional, knowledgeable and experienced but he constantly and consistently went above and beyond for me during this process. His willingness to listen to me when I was panicking and calm me down and go to bat for me in difficult situations is something I am incredibly grateful for. I trust Jeff implicitly and was never steered wrong throughout the entire process. 5 stars is not enough to express my gratitude and stellar experience with Jeff.

We greatly appreciate Jeff's patience as we explored a potential move to Hamilton County for our mother. He showed us several homes and was very knowledgeable about the market and the area. Although she ultimately decided to stay in her current home, Jeff remained kind and considerate throughout the entire process. If she decides to explore moving again in the future, we will definitely reach out to Jeff for his expertise!

Jeff was amazing from suggestions on “staging” to pricing and especially through the closing process. He was quick to respond to questions and walked us through the whole process.

Jeff is a family member and helped me purchase an investment condo in Indianapolis. The listing popped up during the pandemic and I was 1,800 miles away during a hot market when I could not be present. The video tour and detailed follow up allowed me to make a purchase decision quickly and decisively. He got the closing to the table several days early which took a lot of stress off out of a transaction for the first home that I have ever purchased sight-unseen. Jeff's ethical and moral compass is incontestable.

He was available when we wanted to look at houses on short notice, even when he knew we probably wouldn't like them. He really did help us find our dream house after a lot of searching.He was also an excellent agent when we listed our house. Was very thorough and provided a lot of great advice. We saved money that we would've spent trying to "fix it up", and were better off for having worked with him. Jeff Landers, where do we begin?? We did not know Jeff when we hired him to sell my Fathers home who recently passed away. This was already such an emotional and overwhelming time for me. Jeff from the beginning was caring, professional, and a true find. We live across the country, and Jeff found us people to hire to work on home, movers, anybody and anything we needed, he handled it. Jeff met workers at house to oversee jobs, met movers and helped move items to storage. He went over and above ever time we needed anything. Jeff has become like family to us, and we would never use anybody else in Indianapolis after our experience. Did I mention we had multiple offers in less than one week, and we accepted an above list price offer and closed soon thereafter!!! I have hired many Realtors over the years, Jeff is outstanding, and you will be very glad you found him and can add him to your list of trusted friends for life!
